THEN WHAT
Right-click. Everything is behind the right-click menu, and the menu is different for every kind of thing you dropped.
The sliders change their job. Drop a video and they read RES, FPS, QUAL, SPEED. Drop a photo and they read GAMMA, SCALE, BRIGHT. Drop an archive and they read LEVEL, SHA256. Same sliders.
STOP finishes things. It doesn't just stop them.
Z X C V B still work. Ctrl+D still doubles the size. Ctrl+L still opens a link.
It keeps itself current on its own. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

It is 245 MB because the video engine, the converters and the downloaders are all inside the zip, so nothing else is needed.
Licences are in THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.txt. Verify the download: SHA-256 of the zip.
Want it installed with shortcuts?
Run Install.bat from the unzipped folder: it copies the app under your user profile and adds Start Menu and Desktop
shortcuts, no admin rights needed. Uninstall.bat takes it all back out. Updates arrive on their own after that,
and you can switch that off in the menu.
Already have ffmpeg and yt-dlp? EXE only
WinampEverything.exe (47 MB) is the single-file build
(SHA-256). It needs ffmpeg and yt-dlp on PATH and a libvlc\win-x64 folder beside it for playback.
